Robbie Ftorek
Known in the hockey world as one of the "premier teaching coaches". From his many years as a player in the NHL and the WHA, to his many more as a coach in the NHL, AHL, and OHL, Robbie has 36 years of professional hockey experience.
As a player, Robbie was a two-time MVP in the WHA, Canada Cup MVP,Show-Down winner, an All-Star several times and an Olypic silver medalist. He is a member of both the U.S. and Massachusetts Hockey Hall of Fame.
Robbie's coaching career includes head coaching positions with the Boston Bruins, the New Jersey Devils, The L.A. Kings, the Albany River Rats, and the Erie Otters. His years with the New Jersey Devils organization has earned him two Stanley Cup rings and a Calder Cup Championship. He was twice named AHL Coach-of -the-Year and was a finalist for NHL Coach-of -the-Year.
Sam Ftorek
After playing for Saint Anselm College, Sam has gained 11 years professional hockey experience, including one seasonwith the Manchester Monarchs.
He has spent 3 years in the European Elite Leagues and is currently a Player/Assistant Coach in the Central Hockey League.
Sam is also a two time Team USA IIHF in-line World Championship gold medalist, and Captained the team last year. He was also a member of last years Hungarian League Championship team.
